Chris Haro is an excellent real estate agent that is dedicated to achieving his clients’ goals. My wife and I used Chris to sell our home in Alston Park (New Riverside) and purchase a new home on Cypress Ridge. From day one, Chris provided us with expert advice that was backed up with market data. Working with Chris was the first time that I saw an agent bring in data about market trends, comparable properties, recent contracts, recent sales, etc to such an extent. This helped us to price our house, evaluate offers, and make aggressive offers on houses we were interested in buying. Working with Chris seemed to be a modern approach to the process, and we appreciated that. Chris also advocated for us at every step of the way. He protected our deposit in difficult situations and he pursued aggressive terms in our purchase and sale contracts that enabled us to go about a stressful process in a smooth way. Chris went above and beyond for us professionally, but also personally. He offered his help when we needed it most, when my wife gave birth to our first child early and in the middle of our closing process. He was there to help anything we asked for. My husband and I are considering a home in Hilton Head, SC. On a recent golf trip we wanted to explore the area, see what inventory looked like and get a feel for some of the potential neighborhoods. We contacted Chris online and he immediately responded. Before we flew out to Hilton Head, we spoke via video chat. Chris was great, he asked us questions to get a sense of what we were looking for. Then, he set us up to view online available inventory so we had an idea what was out there. Chris met us on a Saturday and drove us around the various neighborhoods. We were very happy to find out how knowledgable he was about the area. He was able to provide a lot of data and information about each specific community. He explained the positives and negatives about the neighborhoods and how it relates to our desires. He was very keen on understanding what we were looking for and really stuck to that. After our time with Chris, we felt we had learned a lot. We came away with a better understanding of the area and what might work best for us. It was very productive spending time with him. On the personal side, we liked Chris’ style. He’s friendly, easy going, got a great personality, good sense of humor, and is straight forward. He’s not pushy or “car” salesman-like. Chris did an excellent job working with my wife and I to locate the perfect property for our needs on HHI. Chris did not rush the process. He pointed out the strengths and weakness of all properties reviewed. The process to locate the perfect property for our needs to longer then we anticipated but Chris worked patiently with us throughout the whole process. Because we were remote buyers, in the end, the trust we gained working with Chris allowed us to purchase the perfect house sight unseen, we trusted Chris that much.
